I had a delightful experience dining with a friend at this restaurant. The service was outstanding; the woman assisting us was incredibly kind and accommodated my request for a vegetarian meal. We left with full stomachs and smiles, and I can’t wait to return with more friends. The sweet and authentic atmosphere truly made our visit memorable.
The lady who’s the owner is so nice, amazing customer service and big portions and very tasty okra soup. 100% recommend.
Very cozy restaurant that focuses on preparing food to-order – everything comes straight from the pots and pans as you order them. The okra stew was so delicious and perfectly spiced that I just haaaad to ask for the recipe.
The lady runs the place makes the dining experience even warmer 😊❤️
Great East & West African restaurant, my first time eating Ugandan food. Pamela is a super friendly hostess who was able to tell us all about the different food on the menu. Also a really good selection of drinks available. Vegetable and the beef samosa were excellent 👍🏾👍🏾
Went with my friends and family to try out this restaurant and we were not disappointed. Great great service and food was delicious. We really enjoyed our time. I would recommend.
I never had African food before, and I am so glad that this was the place I first got to experience it. The food is made fresh so it takes time, but it is surely worth the wait. Also, the amount of food you get is a lot so you can get to take home leftovers. Definitely would recommend that you try it out!

First time I had a taste of Ugandan food I went for the Egusi with goat meat and yam fufu. The meat was great, and the spices were even better, wih their exquisite aftertaste. Nice atmosphere too. Truly enjoyed it and will certainly return!
Best African food I’ve had! Sumbusa with meat were incredible and katogo matooke was out of this world! Service of the family restaurant tops it off – one of my favourite dinners!

They offer delicious mouth watering food from East Africa, West Africa and the rest of Africa.
I was so happy to eat the Ugandan local dish matooke served with ground nuts and my husband was happy to eat pilawo rice served with free range organic chicken.
The serving portions are big enough making you enjoy the food longer.
I definately recommend this place to every one looking to dine or to try out the real African experience.

Its a Ugandan restaurant, so if you want to enjoy some Ugandan food it a place to go too, it has a bar you go there for some drinks too. Nice and friendly people. Really enjoyed my visit and especially the food.

I went there and the service and food was amazing. We were late and she made us an amazing matoke and nyamachoma from the grill. I am definitely coming back soon.
We visited from Australia and tried West African food for the first time. Did not disappoint! We ordered a substantial amount of food and to our surprise, we scrubbed them clean! We had the vegetable sambusa to start (which was filled with peas), then the fish egusi with fufu and ugali fish with plantain. Beautiful combos that complimented each other. The service was immaculate and the head chef/owner was very accomodating and friendly.
