Lovely place to go to, i would say it’s Italian based contemporary or modernist.
Fantastic wine list, lovely small menu, i had the a la carte, with the sunday roast which was duck breast.
If you order the chocolate terrine be prepared for an intense, tasty but simple chocolate dessert.
What a great dinning experience this was. We went for a x-mas dinner and the choice couldn’t be a better one. We had an amazing time there, the staff was so nice and welcoming, the food was superb, the wine pairing has very interesting choices. Will repeat for sure any other day of the year. Recommended 1000%!!!!
Restaurant LUX of chef Milan Gateric offers a high level cuisine at very fair price. Delicious vegetable plates, awesome desserts, a very nice natural wine list and a good selection of natural wines by the glass. A must when in Rotterdam.
Everything was on point. Great food, I even haven’t managed to take proper photos of it. It was so good and we devoured it immediately!! String beans with egg bottarga or an octopus with camomile oil. Just wow. We’ve tasted everything expect of meals with meat. We had couple of delicious nature wines perfectly matching our food. The service was genuine no attitude at all. We will definitely come back.

A restaurant where you feel at home. One of our favorite restaurants, with a very nice, cozy and warm location that makes you feel like you are dining in your own dining room. The menu changes every week (but one dish, the carbonara di tonno – try it!), so you can always try something new. A 7 course menu is available as well. Good selection of wines, and possibility to do wine pairing. Service is very attentive. Prices are not high at all for the quality you get. Very, very recommended.

Been coming here regularly for a few years now and it’s always great. This restaurant has a stylish and spacious interior: ‘classy’ enough for a special night, but without frills or pretentiousness. Every single time we are treated to delicious ‘simple’, perfectly created dishes. The wine suggestions are always amazing too. Warmly recommended!
Recently went back after 15 years or so. Good to see it is still a special place. Bit expensive though.
