Amazing sushi place in Rotterdam. Not only is it absolutely delicious, but the prices are also quite affordable. When we went there, we decided to try out their appetizers and sushi set, and let me tell you, it was absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed every single dish. Definitely worth checking out!

For its location, I found it to be very much value for money.. (..let’s just disregard the fact that it was my mom who paid, kidding).
The quality of everything is so good 😭 What stood out to me was the chicken teriyaki. It was my first time eating it cooked that way, with the skin really crispy.
For the pricing, the meals we had were both QUANTITY and QUALITY. Looking forward to going back already.
Absolutely great sushi place!
We went there for a quick bite and were positively surprised with how fresh, quick and well-served the sushi was. Same for the gyoza.
We had the share menu for 37 euros, with 3 rolls and 2 sides! Great value for money and I will totally come back.
Service is quick and friendly
I remember when this place had a rotating sushi bar and I came by all the time as a student. Especially late at night! The sushi was great then too, but the atmosphere is a lot better now. The 3 dishes + 2 sides is a great deal and the portions are good, not too big or too small. Orders arrive fast as well. Definitely recommend this place over any AYCE!

Don’t get mislead by the name, it might sound cheesy but it does describe the happiness one feels after enjoying such tasty and well presented dishes. Service is very friendly and the place is neatly decorated and cozy.

Happy Sushi has a large and comfortable terrace for a leisurely lunch. The sharing menu was a great deal, and both my partner and I left full. The Mr. Miyagi roll was especially delicious, and the sushi went great with the little bottle of sake we ordered. Need to go back soon to try the black sesame ice cream!
This sushi is fantastic. Very unique and each roll has a distinct taste and style. The bowls and the chicken teriyaki are good as well. The chicken was so crisp on the outside, but tender on the inside. Have had 3 great experiences here and expect to have many more.

I absolutely love this place. They don’t always have a lot of customers, and honestly I don’t get why! This place has amazing everything, their side dishes, sushi, sashimi everything. Adding to their amazing flavors the dishes are also priced reasonably and they’ve got some special deals.
Something that stood out to me the most was that all their fried ingredients were freshly fried. You could tell the fried shrimp sushi was FRESH AS HELL.

Their Sushi is not necessarily the best, but the place is! Just walk in for a quick bite anytime. Service is good and food is good. Recommended to all sushi lovers who are alone and/or don’t want to go for the whole eat-all-you-can thing.
My youngest son had wanted to go to a conveyor belt sushi place for ages and it was a great success. I’ve eaten sushi in many different countries and in The Netherlands it mostly disappoints, but this was pretty nice, especially the fried prawn. We’ll be back!
